when I was using windows, this was normal by uninstalling software... i think you mean mainly dlls and configuration files; I think you need something like a dll cleaner or similar tolls for it.
Try using an uninstall app, such as IObit Uninstaller (there as lots of others...) and then do a deep scan with it afterward in order to be more certain that those orphaned files and Registry keys can be detected/deleted. Then check your LO user account files and left-over files in the "deleted" LO installation and delete those too--or keep them by moving them out of their current folders before doing a clean installation.
