Spoken 'video' tutorials for non-sighted users

Hi

The guide sounds good to me so i added it to the page
https://wiki.documentfoundation.org/Documentation/Publications#Video_Tutorials

The other points made to the marketing list might also be good for the docs team to know of, even though they don't have time to make use of it.  Perhaps it might be a way of getting more people interested in working with the Docs Team.  The docs team put better support covering accessibility issues on their wiki wish-list right back in the beginning but the team needs more people actively contributing (rather than just lurkers like me).  So, i have cc'd this to the docs team

Something that does worry me a little is that the visual element is blatantly done by Microsoft products.  Could these be changed for something else?  Perhaps a slide-show?  Perhaps screen-shots?  Perhaps video for those that are sighted?

Anyhow, even despite my minor petty quibble i thought the guide was fantastic to link to from the "Publications" page :D  Good work!!
