Getting started Guide, needs some corrections

In version 24.8
Page 37, Chapter 1, Basics, the heading Quick printing says

“LibreOffice can print an entire open document using the computer’s default printer. To quick
print, click on Print Directly on the Standard toolbar.”

This is not entirely true, Quick Print prints the entire document to the default printer for the document. If a default printer has not been defined for the document, it will print to the operating system’s default printer.

Thank you. I’ve made a note to correct this in the Writer Guide as well.

Page 11, Getting Started Guide, Chapter 1 Basics, heading Context menus says:

Context menus can also display applicable keyboard shortcuts if one has been created, or tool
icons if available. To use these options, go to Tools > Options > LibreOffice > View (macOS
LibreOffice > Preferences LibreOffice > View) and select the options available in Visibility.

  • The Visibility section does not appear in version 24.8.
Neither the option Icons in the menus nor keyboard shortcuts in Context Menu.

    • The keyboard shortcuts option in context menus was removed in version 7.6, I don’t know when the icons from menus option was removed

https://wiki.documentfoundation.org/ReleaseNotes/7.6#Feature_Removal_/_Deprecation

On my Windows 10 the keyboard shortcuts and icons are displayed.
I think that on MacOS and Linux GTK3 keyboard shortcuts in context menus are not displayed.

  • In any case the phrase to enable this option must be deleted

Páge 11, Geting Started Guide, Preface, The note on the heading Icons says

Some of the previously included icon sets are now available only as extensions; see
https://extensions.libreoffice.org/?Tags[]=49 or search for specific ones. For
example, the People Gallery is available from
People gallery » Libreoffice Extensions.

  • What is mentioned in the example are not icon sets (themes), but images for the gallery

And both links are for galery images.

In version 24.8 Chapter 4

page 13, Chapter 4, Working whth styles, heading Creating new styles

I thnk that the Inheritance of styles must be clarified, adding a note like this:

  • For styles linked to a base style (or parent style) to inherit the formatting of the base style, you must not modify the formatting that you want to propagate in the new style. For example, if you want a new style to change its alignment by modifying the alignment in the base style, do not modify the alignment of the new style.

Page 14, Chapter 4 Working with styles, heading Editing Styles Says:

Styles can be edited using one of the following methods:
• Dragging and dropping a formatted element into the Styles deck in the Sidebar.
• Select a formatted element and edit its style.
• Use AutoUpdate to edit paragraph and frame styles only.
• Add styles from another document or template into a document.

  • Dragging and dropping a formatted element into the Styles deck in the Sidebar. This operation must be clarified with some like

    • When the New style from selection dialog opens, select the style you want to modify and answer Yes in the overwrite confirmation dialog.
  • Add styles from another document or template into a document Also must be clarified or deleted because there are some risks:

    • The styles to be modified must have the same name and all the styles in the actual document will be overwriten from the other document or template

Page 16, Chapter 4 Working with styles, The note of heading Renaming Styles Says:

If Modify is grayed out in the context menu, then the selected style cannot be
renamed.

  • There is no Modify entry in the context menu, The new name for this option is Edit Style

I also can’t see this option grayed in my documents. Is it possible that it refers to the Name text box on the General page in the Style dialog?

Page 24, Chapter 4 The heading Insertint hyperlinks says:

Inserting hyperlinks

  1. Select the location where the hyperlink will be inserted.
  2. Go to Insert > Hyperlinks on the Menu bar or use the keyboard shortcut Ctrl+K
(macOS ⌘+K) to open the Hyperlink dialog (Figure 12).
  3. On the left hand side, determine whether the hyperlink will be absolute or relative.
  4. Click Apply to insert the hyperlink into the document.
  5. Click Close or OK to close the dialog.

In point 3, how do I determine if the hyperlink will be absolute or relative on the left side?
There are no options to mark absolute or relative.

I think I should say something like:

  • Select the type of hyperlink on the left side and fill in the corresponding fields
