Community-Meetings at the LibreOffice Conference (Tuesday 16. Oct. 2012)

Hi all,

we, the LibreOffice conference organization team, are working currently
on the schedule of the conference program. As usual there is a day for
Community Meetings, Tuesday, 16. Oct. 2012. To create a schedule for
this meetings we need to know which groups need a room for their meeting.

Therefor I ask you to reply to this thread and notify us which group
want to meet to which subject(s) on Tuesday. We will create a schedule
from your recommendations.

Regards,
Andreas

Thanks for your attention for this.
Experience shows that meetings do take place, but often are planned quite late
Most important is that there are about four, five rooms available nearby, so that each has a place and that people do not stand in each others way.

Kind regards,

Hi Andi,

thanks for taking action here. The ESC would like to meet in the
afternoon of the 16th - let's say, 16:00 local time? We'd need a
room for probably not more than 30 people.

Cheers,

The board meeting right now is scheduled for 1500 local time... IMHO, those two shouldn't overlap?

Can I attend the ESC meeting? I will try to look intelligent even when I
do not understand...

That leads to the question which of the face-to-face meetings in
Berlin can be open for non-elected/selected TDF/community-members

Volker

I was joking, of course (because my 6 commits qualify myself as a
developer). In my opinion, all meetings should be open to community
members, with the exception of the BoD and the MC meetings, as these are
the two foundation bodies with legal duties.

Good point, let's make it 17:00 local time then.

Looking forward,
