Hi Thorsten, Cor, Gabor, hi all,

I’d like to ask if you will not attend the meeting for those agenda items where you have a determined Conflict of Interest (Declaration of Conflict of Interest - Thorsten Behrens, Declaration of Conflict of Interest - Cor Nouws)? I ask especially for agenda items 5 and 6 as well as 7. I’d like also to ask on item 8 (very general description only on the agenda for this item).

Regards.
Andreas

Hi Andreas,

as explained multiple times, there will be no general exclusion from discussions. Your repeated attempts to invent a case, that effectively (when Kendy was still on the board) would have removed from board calls a majority of board members, with an absolute majority of member votes - would make a mockery of both democracy and meritocracy, the two of which are founding principles at TDF.

Luckily, there’s is not need to do that, as our CoI policy clearly states.

Best, Thorsten
