Do not include zero star ratings into the average calculation

Occasionally I comment on extensions or ask some question with no intention to assess a rating. In this case I leave the stars alone expecting it not be added to the calculation of the rating. But obviously this is wrong: LastPosition (jump to last editing position after open) » Libreoffice Extensions has one 5-star rating and my zero stars comment with a rating of 3.

I suggest to omit zero stars from the calculation.

As maintainer of an extension I was surprised to found out that I can delete all the comments. So I deleted as test your and my comments and now I have 5 stars again because of the only remaining comment. This all should not be, I cannot believe that this was originally intended, that are bugs in my opinion and should be fast solved here
