Thankfully, a team member (not sure they want to be mentioned here by name, otherwise happy to add it later) has researched further and found a contact in Germany who deal with a similar situation.

After a long time, this has finally been resolved. Thanks a lot to Stephan, who found a contact who could actually introduce us to someone at Benevity. They’ve sent us an e-mail which clarified the situation, and now we should be listed again (soon at least).
